Debt Care Enterprises was founded in 2008 as a professionally managed collections and risk consulting services company.

Through the past decade and a half, the company has built wide range of clientele from major banks, financial services to corporate and fintech companies for their collections and recoveries.

We cater to private businesses, corporate as well as individuals.

Our Objective is to streamline and simplify processes involved in collection, background and identity verification and debt buying & servicing by wise and efficient use of technology.

With this new era of technological advancements and evolution, we believe in making effective use of resources by adapting to the evolving times and making the most of these advancements.

Debt Care also possess an in-depth knowledge in areas like delinquent customer calling, field collections, recoveries, skip-tracing, risk intelligence, customer service, legal and allied activities and our experience expands to the fields of consumer finance, mortgage finance, verifications, collections, recoveries and RCU activities.

Our journey started back in 2008

Debt Care Enterprises was incorporated under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs as a Private Limited Company back in 2008 and we have never looked back ever since.

During the past decade, the company has built clientele ranging from:

Major banks
Financial services, and
Corporate and Fintech Companies

We strive on working on betterment of livelihood for each individual working with us.

We successfully added with 6 new banking portfolios to our basket

Our hard-work, discipline and consistency pays off.

By 2009, we managed to get 4 banking portfolios to our credits and in a matter of another year, we added 2 more banking portfolios.

Our clients were growing and so was our team. We were a strong team of 10 by the end of 2010.

We recorded our first ₹10 Million mark in revenue and received the Best Audit and Compliance under Category A

With our focused and strong team, our success was inevitable. Adding acknowledgement to our credits, we received the Best Audit and Compliance under Category A.

We were getting close to our targets too.

With the help and support of our entire team, we reach our first ₹10 Million mark in revenue.

We were not just building our business, but also building our Debt Care family.

As we embarked on our journey towards growth and success, we ensured our employees and the rest of the Debt Care family also gets the fruits and are involved in our positive growth.

We introduced DRA to youth to the Banking Collection Industry and added benefits of ESI & PF to our employee payrolls.

Our team expanded to Karnataka and Tamil Nadu, and we also started expansions to B Cat Towns of south with residence based FE’s.

We started out with expanding our base to Karnataka with Non Banking & Loss on Sale Portfolio.

We later ventured out to Tamil Nadu with our operations

and received the Best H1 Performance Award.

Gradually, we also began expansions to B Cat Towns of south with residence based FE’s.

Started RCU Actives and added Fintech companies to our growing portfolio

With Debt Care reaching a decade since it first started off, we began doing RCU Activity for Banks & NBFC.

We also started working for Fintech portfolio’s.

I welcome all of you at Debt Care. In the last one decade, we have nurtured ourselves into one of the best places to work in the Indian Collection Industry.

We are a family in a very unique way that motivates us in the way we work, live, learn, and play which attributes to very low attrition rates that we are proud of. This year we are celebrating our 11 year anniversary.

We saw more growth both from a financial point of view, from a customer satisfaction point of view, but also from a corporate social responsibility point of view than almost any financial services company have ever done in history during our first 10 years.

And the exciting thing is we built the foundation for the next 25. We envision to be a leader not only in debt collection, skip tracing, legal aid, recovery and innovation but also very effective at field execution.
